What started as a passion project in her parents back shed to one of Adelaide’s largest gyms, GEDfit has been built on a passion for fitness as a lifestyle. Since its inception in 2016, GEDfit has grown from strength to strength underpinned by its core values.
Lisa adopts and promotes a wholistic approach to training and truly cares for people wanting to better their lifestyles, FOREVER. She implements nailing the basics, movement patterns and doing the simple things well. No fad diets or 12-week challenges, just a focus on being a better, healthier, happier and fitter you!

LACHIE AGARS
OWNER / HEAD OF PROGRAMMING
The brains behind the programming and operations at GEDfit. Lachie, a carptenter by trade, has over 10 years coaching experience.
After meeting Lisa in 2016, they decided to open GEDfit in Kidman Park together in 2019. Lachie has been leading the programming since, which is one of our greatest strengths. Lachie is passionate about pushing the limits (like running a sub 3 hour marathon) but he also loves seeing people succeed and being apart of their journey.

MICHAELA KLIMATSAKIS
COACH
Having started her coaching journey more than 5 years ago, Michaela’s infectious energy, work ethic and unreal bangers will make your 1 hour in the gym the best hour of your day.
A powerhouse who also has a double degree in Exercise Science & Human Nutrition.

HEIDI MADGEN
COACH
Our resident American gal, Heidi has a Masters in Exercise Science/Nutrition, CF Level 2 and is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach specialising in Pre and Post Natal. With 10 years coaching experience, Heidi has a ton of experience working with gen pop, professional athletes, sporting teams and the VFL umpires. If she’s not exercising she can probably be seen taking her doggo and gorgeous daughter Izzy for a walk.

MAX RUSOWSKI
COACH
Originally from Poland, Max, has over 10 years coaching experience, including at one of the most prestigious gym in London. Max is super passionate about Olympic Weightlifting & Gymnastics, polish rap and growing an elite moustache.
With qualifications in CF Level 2, Chinese WL method 1 & 2, CrossFit Kids, Aerobic Capacity by Chris Hinshaw and ARC Gymnastics, you’ll be sure to improve on technique under his watchful eye.

HARLEY CRAWLEY

In her running era, you can usually find Harley working with clients as a personal trainer or teaching Pilates. She brings the perfect mix of strength, conditioning and mindful movement.

GEORGIA STEPHENS
PILATES COACH
Georgia brings her love for movement and Pilates to the team after recently completing her reformer Pilates training.
