CLASSES

GEDfit
Your bread and butter. Functional strength and conditioning program designed for those that want to push their limits. Build strength, a huge capacity and learn new skills to perform at your best.

STRONG
Build lean muscle, strength and size whilst improving the way you look, move and feel. Blending the key functional movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull and carry with the best body building exercises.

SWEATY
Conditioning based programming to build your engine, work rate and stamina.

TEAM GEDfit/SWEATY
Where we bring the crew together to finish off the week with an unmissable partner/team workout.

RECOVERY
Take your training to the next level. Train hard and recover harder with our infrared Sunlighten 4 person sauna and contrast therapy plunge baths.

PILATES
Focus on deep core control, joint mobility, and alignment. Strengthen those stabiliser muscles and improve movement efficiency.
